About Me - Felicia Roach

Since I was a little girl, I have wanted to help women in childbirth. Through many years of personal challenges and growth, both physically and emotionally, I have realized my dream of being a birthing doula. I look forward to working with families who want loving physical, informational, and emotional support prior to, during, and after bringing their precious newborn gift into this world.

Being a doula means being a servant. A doula is a person who cheers, coaches, and supports families through labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

What's in a Name? "Asha" - a Swahili word meaning “life.”

Just like choosing a name for your baby, I took my time to find just the right name for my doula business. It wasn't easy, and there were many names that made the finals, just like in the selection of my two babies, Tristan and Sydney.

In the end, my passion is all about supporting a family to bring "life" into this world.

ASHA means "Life".

My goal is to provide your family a safe and comfortable birthing experience. Whether this is your first pregnancy or your last, I will support your needs before, during, and after your delivery to make it the best possible experience for you and your family.

MEET THE DOULA

no cost

1 hour - Free - Initial Interview - No cost, No Obligation

Then, if we’re a match:

$700 - Total fees for professional Doula services
20% - Down payment required ($140) with remaining balance due 2 weeks before your baby’s due date

PRENATAL SUPPORT

In two (2) - 1 hour appointments we will create a birth plan together to include labor support and coping techniques for your baby’s birth day.

LABOR AND BEYOND

I'll be on call and available to meet at our predetermined location once you go into labor, and for the duration of the birth. My services include up to 2 hours after the birth to ensure you are comfortable and stable.

My services include 2 visits postpartum and many memories!

I can’t wait to meet you and help you bring your baby safely into this world!
